You have heard of curfew relaxation so that people can buy their daily groceries. Now comes bandh relaxation. Tourists can leave Darjeeling as the Gorkha Janamukti Morcha (GJM) announced a 60-hour relaxation of the bandh effective from 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Good luck to this holiday spot. Reports say there was little impact in the Siliguri, Dooars and Terai regions in the plains of north Bengal.
